UMB Fund Services, Inc. (UMBFS), a subsidiary of UMB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: UMBF), has signed a definitive agreement to purchase JD Clark & Company, a privately held, third-party fund service provider to alternative investments firms in an all-cash deal.
